0-5 Properties: 10% of monthly rent
5-10 Properties: 9% of monthly rent
10+ Properties: 8% of monthly rent

Minimum management fee: $200/month
New property setup fee: $200
RE/MAX Administration Fee: $15/month (paid by owner)
Lease Renewal Fee: $0
Vacant home: No charge to owner
Extraordinary service (e.g., project coordination): $65/hour
Contract cancellation fee: $250
